We Ship Everywhere
Most orders ship out via USPS (within United States) or USPS First Class International (outside United States). Express shipments are also available via an approved email request.
Tracking
Once your order ships, an email notification will be sent with tracking information. Please note that for orders shipped to addresses outside the United States, tracking updates may be limited to activity within the Unites States only.
Lost & Stolen Mail
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail.
Overweight Packages
We try to keep international shipping costs as low as possible. For some international orders (outside the U.S.) that are over 3 lbs. we may contact you if additional postage is required to send your order. This is rare and mainly occurs with exceptionally large orders.
Fulfillment
Orders are processed immediately but generally ship out the Saturday following your order date. Some items may take up to 2 weeks to process. You will receive an email notification once your package ships.
Canceling Orders
Please review your order carefully. Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales final. Please read product descriptions carefully. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Imperfections
We use alternative printing methods which are not always perfect replications of an image. However we take pride in the quality of our work and believe that the imperfections of printed media add to their beauty.
